Blended Chocolate
Chia Pudding

Made with Make Me Whole

This creamy pudding delivers a spectrum of plant-powered superfoods in Make Me Whole for a nourishing sweet treat you can enjoy at any time of day.

Ingredients

1 cup non-dairy milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 soft medjool dates, roughly chopped
2 tsp Make Me Whole
A pinch of unrefined salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until the mixture becomes smooth and thick, like pudding. Serve immediately (or chill to thicken more), topped with your favorite fruit, nuts, or seeds

Avocado + Clementine
Green Smoothie

This fresh-tasting smoothie to brighten your day with a burst of Vitamin C and the superfood protein blend in Make Me Whole.

Ingredients

2 cups filtered water
2 tsp Make Me Whole
1 large handful of spinach leaves
1 clementine, peeled and seeds removed
1/2 frozen banana
​1/4 ripe avocado

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.

Hot Chocolate

Made with Body Harmony

This creamy hot chocolate satisfies a craving for something sweet while delivering a mega dose of antioxidants from the warming tea, adaptogens, and spices in Body Harmony.

Ingredients

1 cup non-dairy milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp smooth almond butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp Body Harmony
A pinch of unrefined salt

Directions

In a small saucepan, whisk all ingredients together. Warm over low heat until steaming. Remove from heat and whisk once more before pouring into your favorite mug.

Golden Cashew
Cream

Made with Body Harmony

This whipped, golden cashew cream offers a hint of warmth, spice, and anti-inflammatory nourishment from Body Harmony. For the ultimate snack, pair with a plate of fresh fruit.

Ingredients

1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water at least 4 hours or overnight
1/2 cup non-dairy milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp + 1 tsp Body Harmony
A pinch of unrefined salt
​Fresh fruit for serving

Directions

Drain and rinse cashews. In a high-powered blender, combine cashews, non-dairy milk, and maple syrup until smooth, pausing several times to scrape down any bits of nuts that stick to the sides of the blender. Add Body Harmony and a pinch of salt, and blend again until incorporated. Serve immediately with your favorite cut or whole fruit. Keeps for 4-5 days in the refrigerator.
