HOW DOES THE CLEAN BEAUTY BOX SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
Each month we ship you a themed assortment of 2-4 full-size organic, natural and cruelty-free beauty products & makeup. Our mission is to provide luxury clean beauty products to help you transform your beauty ritual to one that it is meaningful, healthy and safe.
The monthly themes range from product categories (example: hair care), to seasons (example: winter skin care) or wellness (example: detox).
WHY 2-4 PRODUCTS?
We get that products tend to add up quickly and small samples get lost in the shuffle, we’ve found that 2-4 full-size products is the perfect sweet spot that allows you to fully enjoy each product. This also allows us to truly focus on perfecting each month’s assortment with the best clean beauty products out there. You won’t find any drugstore brands or “filler products” in our boxes.
Instead of relying on free samples we work with the best of the best and pay for the products we provide you with. This allows us to have full control and choose only the products that we absolutely believe in.
We also love to include extra beauty bonuses in addition to full-size products! We lovvvve surprises!
IS SHIPPING FREE?
We offer free USPS First Class or Priority shipping (depending on weight) within the U.S. to the lower 48 states for Clean Beauty Boxes.
USPS Priority shipping is free for store orders over $50 within the U.S. to the lower 48 states.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is $10 to cover the extra shipping costs.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We are only able to offer shipping to the contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii and Canada at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
The Clean Beauty Box ships via ground shipping to Canada for an additional $15 shipping cost + any taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. To find out what fees may apply, please contact your country’s customs office.
CAN I BUY JUST ONE CLEAN BEAUTY BOX?
Occasionally we will offer a limited number of Clean Beauty Boxes for one-time purchase of $38. Make sure to sign up for our email list so you don’t miss out.
Our Gift Boxes are for sale as one-time purchases and range in price from $68 – $138.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
If you are a new subscriber and sign up before the 1st of the month we will ship your first box between the 10th and 15th of the month. If you sign up after the 10th your first box will ship between the 10th-15th of the following month. If you sign up for the waitlist you will receive your first box the following month.
Existing subscriber’s boxes will ship between the 10th-15th of the month.
Store orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of order (Monday – Friday). Store products and Clean Beauty Boxes ship separately.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY BOX TO ARRIVE?
Domestic shipping should take 2-5 business days via USPS Priority or 1-3 business days via First Class Mail. Canadian shipping may take up to 10-14 days to arrive.
CAN YOU GUARANTEE A SHIPPING WINDOW?
We are not able to guarantee shipping though most packages arrive in 2-4 business days.

DO YOU ACCEPT ALL CARDS?
We accept all major credits including Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover cards.
IS TAX APPLIED TO MY ORDER?
Customers in California & Canada may be subjected to applicable sales taxes.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
Your first box is charged at sign-up and future boxes are charged when your box ships between the 10th and 15th of the month.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY BILLING OR SHIPPING INFORMATION?
To change your billing information, email us at email@example.com. You can also update your shipping information from within your customer login. All billing and shipping information must be updated by the 6th so that we can accommodate for the current month’s shipment.
WILL I RECEIVE TOO MANY PRODUCTS?
We are very concious of creating assortments that make sense for each season and in relation to the assortments that shipped before and will ship after. We rotate the types of products and themes for each month so you’ll never receive similar products within a small time frame. Ex. If you receive hair care products 1 month we make sure not to include anything similar in upcoming boxes so that you have plenty of time to fully experience each product.
That being said if you find you have too much product you can always skip your delivery before the 1st of the month.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY CLEAN BEAUTY BOX SUBSCRIPTION?
You can cancel your Clean Beauty Box subscription at anytime by shooting us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and including your full name. We are always looking for ways to improve so if you can let us know why you are canceling your subscription we would appreciate the constructive feedback!
Please Note: Cancellations after the 1st of the month will take effect the following month.
WHEN I TRY TO LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT IT SAYS IT DOESNT EXIST?
Have you created an account with us yet? Our system does not automatically create an account once you sign up for a subscription. Our email list is separate which is why it is possible to receive emails from us without actually having an account. Please visit the following link or click log in on the upper righthand corner of any page on the website. You’ll need to create an account using the email address you used when signing up.
CAN YOU HAVE THE DELIVERY PERSON LEAVE THE PACKAGE AT MY FRONT DOOR IF I’M NOT HOME?
This is usually left up to the person who is delivering your package. There’s no guaranteed way to make this happen, but it should help to put this type of instruction in the “Address 2” field of your shipping address.
We accept returns for store purchases within 30 days of your purchase date and will refund you in the form of store credit for the purchase amount minus the cost of shipping.
